A: Standard indoor type isn't weatherproof, but optional outdoor type with air duct to enable weatherproof.
Q8: What do i need to provide for quotation?
A: 1. The rated voltage (tested device) and working voltage (connect to Grid);
2. The phase and frequency (single-phase or 3-phase);
3. Rated Power (KW or KVA);
4. What is tested device?

Q9: What is your payment term?
A: We usually accept for T/T or Alipay, 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before
shipment (accept buyer to test before shipment).
Q10: What is the shipping method?
A: It is subject to your option, we usually ship by air for sample or small quantity and ship by sea
for massive quantity.
Q11: What is the warranty about your products?
A: Free warranty within one year, repair at cost price after one year.
Q12: What is the package for your products?
A: Export standard carton box inside and export standard wooden outside.
